Srikant began his consulting career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS, a division of TATA Sons, the largest conglomerate in India). As a Technology consultant he was involved in the setting up of the first depository (National Securities & Depository) in India. He consulted several companies in the US from 1999. To supplement his engineering degree earned in 1996 from India, he took a year's sabbatical to earn a Master's Degree in Business Administration from University of Pittsburgh (2001). He is currently consulting for a software company (Group 1 Software) in the Washington DC area. An avid traveler, Srikant also has a deep interest in films besides being a very passionate follower of the game of Cricket.
Jim's career as a "creative problem-solver" began early, trouble-shooting operational challenges on the family farm. A strong believer in combining hands-on, practical experience with theoretical academic training, Jim ran his own business during high school and worked aboard for a year during college, traveling throughout Central & Eastern Europe and assisting the Czech Royal Family on consolidation of assets restituted after the Velvet Revolution (including several castles, a winery, brewery, spa and mineral water company). Maintaining a focus on market-strategy issues, Jim's consulting experience has included roles with The Aberdeen Group, BP-Amoco Corporation, and most recently, PricewaterhouseCoopers' Strategic Change practice. Jim is currently Co-Founder and President of Product Animations, Inc. and is a graduate of Harvard University and University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
Rajit's first entrepreneurial foray was at the age of 7 helping his mother with her poultry business. Since then he's been implicated in a series of startups, both his own, and those he helped found. He sold his first company, a building materials retail and distribution business, after running it for 5 years. He also founded the venture capital firm, August Holding, as a vehicle to assist Indian entrepreneurs establish their ventures. Rajit is currently at the management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company. He is a graduate of the Wharton School (1994), Kellogg School of Management (2002) and the Kennedy School at Harvard University (2002).
She began her consulting career at Boston Consulting Group after earning her B.S.E. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Duke University. She has consulted for clients a variety of industries including energy and utilities, consumer goods, financial services and non-profit. Her experience is also enhanced by her internships at Procter & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, and eBay. A recent graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Deborah spent the summer during business school working for the Hong Kong office for McKinsey & Company. Currently, Deborah works at PayPal in Product Management.
