Order Fulfillment:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment.
- Delivery time is counted in business days Monday - Friday; does not include weekends or holidays.
- Expedited, 2nd-Day, and Next Day orders must be placed by 11:00 AM local time. Applies only to business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will default to Monday.
- Can only support one shipping address per order.
- Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages.
- New books will ship separately from Better World Book items.
- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico may take up to 21 days.

Free Shipping Requirements:
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $15 or more.
- Charges relating to shipping, handling, and taxes will not be included to meet the $15 minimum.
- Free shipping does not apply to orders where the shipping preference is changed from "Standard Shipping."
- Free shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of the qualifying purchases to less than $15.
