Alberto Villoldo is a psychologist, medical anthropologist, and healer who has has mastered the healing practices of the Amazon and the Andean shamans. He is the director of The Four Winds Society, the founder of the Light Body School, and director of the Center for Energy Medicine in Chile. He is the author of numerous books including Shaman, Healer, Sage; The Four Insights; Courageous Dreaming; Power Up Your Brain; One Spirit Medicine; and The Heart of the Shaman: Stories and Practices of the Luminous Warrior.
