How do I buy an eBook?

Just like you would buy any other product on our site! Simply find the eBook you want, add it to your cart and complete the checkout process. You can purchase as many eBooks in a single order as you want, and you can even combine eBook and non-eBooks in a single cart.

Can I read my BWB eBook on a Kindle?

No, the Amazon Kindle does not currently support eBooks purchased from www.BetterWorldBooks.com

Can I return an eBook?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for eBooks.

Why don't you have the eBook I want?

Stay tuned! We are constantly expanding our catalog of eBooks, so if you don't see the eBook you are currently looking for, it may become available soon.

Why do I need an Adobe ID?

An Adobe ID is free and only takes a minute to set up. Reading BWB eBooks requires either the Better World eReader on a mobile device or Adobe Digital Editions on a PC or Mac. In order to activate either of these, you must have an Adobe ID.

Why do I need a BWB account?

Technically, you don't. However, without an account you will not be able to access your eBook library from your computer or mobile device, or read your eBook in multiple places. If you elect not to make a BWB account, your only chance to download the eBook will be on the confirmation page immediately after your purchase.

Can I lend my eBooks?

No, this functionality is not currently supported.

Where are downloaded eBook files stored on my computer?

If you have not changed your preferences in Adobe Digital Editions, the .epub or .pdf files are located in your "My Documents \ My Digital Editions" folder on a PC or in the "Documents \ Digital Editions" folder on a Mac.

How many devices can I read these eBooks on?

You can activate up to four computers and/or devices.

Are jailbroken devices supported?

The Better World eReader does not support jailbroken mobile devices.
