this is really a good and complete guide to learn and understand six sigma. yet this is a must have for a production manager who wish to eliminate defects and boost productivity. but for a handbook, it's really thick as it is more than 800 pages, so if you are a real beginner, you can start from a simpler guide. but if you are seeking a complete guide to implement, then this is it. worth every dollar you spend!
