I picked this up to see if it would give me ideas and legal information about sharing a car. It did that and more. It provides a lot of background about the benefits and legalities of sharing all sorts of different things, and includes a lot of worksheets to brainstorm ways to improve your life or benefit the community by sharing. The authors came up with ideas for sharing things that I’d never thought of before (packing school lunches! Solar panels! Jewelry!) and made me really miss the meal sharing group we had in Seattle.

Great resource that provides the logistics for sharing houses, household goods, pet care services, cars and more. Even includes samples of legal agreements and contracts.
Sharing works best with neighbors and co-workers, if just because of the proximity factor.
