Kind of intriguing. Basically, visualize and actually feel a positive imagery or memory, and tap alternating right, left, right, left 6 to 12 times to reinforce the brain processing. Entraining the left and right hemispheres to strengthen connections to positive feelings and imagery.

I have a hard time reading self-help books, even if they are interesting to me. My attention span doesn't hold for long enough to read through the research and then finally get the info on how to tap in. I got enough to aid my practice if I need it. Besides, I've got too many books to read right now-- it had to go.
