Product Description

Millions of readers have come to value the Conversations with God series by Neale Donald Walsch, which has now been translated into twenty-six languages. Many thousands of those readers have had questions for him--questions about religion, good and evil, physical and mental health, death, prophecy, the nature of God and the universe, prayer, angels and devils, spiritual paths, relationships, and much more. In Questions and Answers on Conversations with God, Neale, with characteristic wit and wisdom, responds to the most compelling and provocative of these letters; and the result is a book that is profoundly enlightening and inspiring. By relating the messages in the dialogues of CWG to the personal issues and everyday experience of individuals, Neale's answers illustrate the direct link between spiritual and physical reality, clearly demonstrating how what we do and who we are in our lives is a result of how we think and what we believe. This book gives us all the opportunity to look at ourselves, to change ourselves, and thus, perhaps, to change the world.

  • Rating If you liked CWG 1,2&3 you will love this too.  Nov 28, 1999 (100 of 103 found this helpful)

    This volume puts CWG into practice. In a compilation of the most genuine questions about the application of the teachings in CWG, Neale shows his total command of the teachings as he relates them to each personal question.

    This is at least as impressive as the CWG trilogy itself. Neale shows how the CWG philosophy can be put into action and how it relates to our everyday problems. He also shows how CWG holds up to the scrutiny of everyday philosophers as they try to understand apparently conflicting information from their own experiences.

    This is a work of great compassion and blindingly brilliant spirituality.

    I didn't dare expect that Neale could top the CWG trilogy, but this is every bit as satisfying.

    Thank you Neale.

    This is one of the best spiritual/metaphysical/philosophical books ever written. I have searched long and read many books and very few pass my spiritual and intellectual criteria. This is a very rare treasure. If you like any of the following, you will like this book.

    I searched long and hard for the truth and these titles represent the best and highest truth I can envision. I therefor share them with you here. If you are a seeker like me, you have found paydirt!

    My top picks are:

    * Conversations with God (CWG) - books 1, 2, & 3 - Neale Donald Walsch

    * Questions and Answers on Conversations with God - Neale Donald Walsch

    * Emmanuel's Book - books 1, 2, & 3

    * Christ in You - anonymous

    The next 4 are by the same author:

    * The Impersonal Life - anonymous

    * The Way Out - anonymous

    * Brotherhood - anonymous

    * The Way to the Kingdom - anonymous

    * a Course in Miracles (somewhat dense and voluminous, but wonderful)

    These volumes contain the most amazingly deep truths and are all consistent with each other.

    Love and Peace,

    Daniel

  • Rating Questions and Answers on Conversations With God  Aug 6, 2002 (30 of 32 found this helpful)

    Between 1995 and 1998, Neale Donald Walsch published the Conversations With God trilogy, three books in which he recorded the answers God gave him to particular questions that he asked. Millions of copies of the trilogy have been sold, and many readers have written to Walsch with questions about his "uncommon dialogue."

    In Questions and Answers on Conversations with God, Walsch has compiled a selection of readers' letters, along with his answers. In his introduction, Walsch says "when you read these letters, don't be surprised if you find a bit of yourself here. All of us, after all, are asking the same questions. All of us are looking, in our own way from our own perspective, at the same issues."

    He has divided the letters into 16 chapters, based on the kind of question asked. People want to know about how to "be" rather than "do," how to pray or meditate, whether angels exist, why evil exists, and why some of us are afflicted with physical or mental health problems. They also are interested in discussing various points made in the original trilogy and its overall affect on their lives.

    Walsch emphasizes in all his responses that he is the one offering the answers in the book--that unlike the trilogy, it is not God who is providing the answers. He says that those who want answers from God need only to do what he did originally--simply ask God. As he explains, "all of the answers, God said, are inside of me. All I have to do is go within. That's all any of us have to do. Go within, and meet the Creator. For within us is where God resides."

    Nevertheless, he does attempt to answer the questions and challenges posed, and does so with love sprinkled with humor. He expands upon some of the information presented in the trilogy and offers additional insights. Walsch doesn't give people specific advice, but rather urges them to look within and do what it is that is best for them to do in any given circumstance. Time and time again, he reminds readers that God is compassionate and loving and does not make judgments or punish us.

    Questions and Answers is an excellent companion to the Conversations With God trilogy. It's also useful as a study guide, either by individuals or in a study group.

  • Rating Great Review & Short Version of Major Principles  Jan 1, 2000 (24 of 26 found this helpful)

    This book is a great review for all CWG readers/followers/believers. It simplifies some of the major principles/theories and may help you understand what you may not have before. Also, other people's questions are often your own!

  • Rating OK BOOK TO REFER TOO.  Jul 8, 2007 (1 of 1 found this helpful)

    i bought the conversations with god books and read in about less than two weeks. I thought they were great. I thought next that I would read this book. It took me the longest to read because at times it felt alittle boring and he kept saying the same thing over again. It was good to has reference book for when i might have question, but it probably not meant to be read through. This is not an important book, so go for another one of walsch's.

  • Rating A good companion  Nov 20, 2008

    I have enjoyed the Conversations with God trilogy and the various books related to them. Questions and Answers is very helpful. I have come across many people who have had questions relating to the trilogy and this book answers those questions. I recommend this book as an ideal companion to the CWG trilogy.
