We use this book in our school's Phlebotomy and Medical Assistant program. It is complete, and has been used by several other schools and Phlebotomy certification associations.
This book should not be sold to the general public, The answers are not available unless you are an instructor. I bought the book to give myself extra help, but it doen't do a person anygood if you can't get the answers. How can they expect you to review your mistakes. I used the book to supplement a summer class. The review questions, case studies and appendices were great for understanding the information in each chapter.
Honestly, I am not satisfied with this book at all. How can I check if I am right or wrong if there are no answers either in the book or online? I bought it because the teacher demanded this but it's useless for me and I don't recommend this book to anybody. (May be it's OK not to have answers if you care only about grades, but if you care about knowledge, you must understand what your mistakes are. The book "Phlebotomy exam review" by the same authors is MUCH BETTER.
