  • Rating Defines the soul's journey with simple but majestic prose.  Oct 25, 1999 (31 of 33 found this helpful)

Despite a full time job and three teenagers at home, I finished this book in under 36 hours. After reading too many books to contemplate, I have found the ultimate guide to the soul's journey. Echo Bodine has shown with easy to understand language the path we all take here on earth and beyond. My view of life has changed much in the past few years and this book closes the need to search for anymore anwsers. I hope that we see more prose from this author. Thank you Echo for writing a book that I will read again, and again, and again....

  • Rating Totally Enlightening!  Mar 2, 2000 (17 of 17 found this helpful)

The cover caught my eye first, then the title. I have always been enthralled with stories of life after death, souls, spirits and heaven. I have always believed that there must be more to life than the here and now. Having lost both my parents in the past two years I have since been searching for more answers on life after death. This book made the events of my family's life make sense and my parents passing easier. It also makes all life possibilities and peoples choices & paths of their lives make sense. I couldn't put the book down once I started to read it. Awesome and inspiring!

  • Rating Read it and know the truth  Feb 14, 2000 (17 of 17 found this helpful)

When I saw this book it jumped off the shelf at me and would not leave me leave the store without it. I read it in one sitting and was so in awe by the end I didn't even know what to do with myself. That was 9 months ago and I am a changed person because I know I am not alone, this is not a one shot deal and there is someone watching over me. Read this and share it with everyone you know. What you will learn will be worth so much more than anything you paid for the book. And if you ever get the chance to meet Echo - take it. She is a wonderful woman...if you have any doubts about the book, meeting her will wash them away.

  • Rating Not a wonderful tour of the subject...  Nov 1, 2001 (17 of 18 found this helpful)

I have a library of a couple hundred books on Spirit,
spirituality, meditation, life before/after life... and
this is not one of the better ones. It is not very well
organized, and does not do this serious topic much justice.

  • Rating A complete, calming explanation of who we are.  Nov 16, 1999 (12 of 12 found this helpful)

Echo's explanation of who we are has helped me deal with the loss of my dear niece shortly after her 18th birthday and the recent loss of my grandmother. Also, I now realize that I have had visions and conversations with the souls of loved ones who have "graduated". Since reading this book, I am more aware of these experiences, and I welcome them with an open mind. I thank you Echo, for giving me hope, strength, and the ability to believe in what I so long have desired to understand. This is truly a wonderful book.
