All used book orders ship within 1-2 business days. New book orders ship within 1-3 days. These times-until-shipment are included in the arrival estimates below.

We offer 6 types of shipping service:

FREE!

This shipping method will ship via the United States Postal Service. Currently 99% of orders arrive within 11 business days of order placement. Less than 1% of orders may take longer. For example, it can sometimes take longer than 14 business days to reach Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses.

$3.97 per item

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and a small percentage of orders ship USPS First Class Mail.

$9.97 per item

2nd Day Guaranteed takes 1 day-until-shipment and 2 days in transit. Most of our shipments will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Some shipments will arrive via UPS Ground. Regardless, selecting this shipping method guarantees arrival of your order in 3 business days.

Note: Unfortunately, we can only offer this service to addresses within the Continental US. This service is also not available for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.

Your order will ship via a service that guarantees delivery within 1 business day. Next Day shipments arrive 2 business days after you place your order. This includes 1 day-until-shipment and 1 day in transit. Most of our shipments via this method ship via UPS Next Day Saver.

International orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail and then routed through the local postal service. More remote locations can take a bit longer. Western Europe, Mexico, Canada, and Australia are normally the fastest.

Your order will be shipped priority mail. Please note that locations in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa may take closer to 14 business days.

We also offer the option to pick up your books if you live in, or will be vacationing in, the beautiful South Bend-Mishawaka-Goshen area:

You may elect to pick your books up at our warehouse, located in Mishawaka, IN. If your order contains only used books, and you place it before 4pm, you can come on by and grab it in 1 hour. Note pick-up hours are 8am to 5pm. Orders placed after 4pm can be picked up between 8am and 5pm the next business day (Mon.-Fri.).

Orders including new books typically take 4 business days to arrive. We’ll email you when your order is ready, and you can pick it up between 8am and 5pm on business days (Mon.-Fri.). If you need your used books sooner, feel free to place a separate order for used books which are ready for pick-up in 1 hour.

By the way, we now have a warehouse store you can shop when you pick up your books, or any other time you feel like browsing some great deals. Warehouse store hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, and the 2nd Saturday of every month from 9am to 2pm.

You may elect to pick your books up at our retail store in Goshen, IN. Books arrive in Goshen on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, so used books take 1-4 days to arrive and new books take 3-7 days. You will receive an email when the book arrives at the store.
